Pilates mat class
This dynamic, all-level Pilates mat class will tone & balance your muscles, increase stability and strength in your joints, and release those tight tweaks in your body. All the while, you'll maintain proper biomechanics to help keep you aligned & injury free. Different props may be used in the class, such as balls, pilates rings, and bands.

Beginner Reformer Class
This class is designed for new clients, clients coming back to pilates after an injury, clients currently working through injury or clients that feel that this is the best class for their needs. In this class students will be learning exercises on the pilates reformer that are appropriate for this level. It will be challenging and fun with focus on core stability, strength and flexibility.

jumpboard cardio CIRCUIT clasS
Wednesday's at 7:30 am
This class will get your heart pumping! It will be using the jumpboard as well as various props such as BOSU's TRX, weights, therabands, Pilates Wunda Chair and Tower. Each class will be slightly different every week! Some reformer experience is required. This class will be a great workout!

Intermediate Reformer Class
Tuesday's at 8:30 am
This class is for individuals that have moved on from the beginner exercises and are ready for intermediate exercises. Intermediate exercises will build on the beginner exercises but new combinations and dynamic movement patterns are added to create a more challenging workout. A focus on correct body alinement will help you flow seamlessly from now movement to the next. This level will certainly keep you moving and challenged.

BEGINNER/Intermediate reformer class
This class is for individuals that have moved on from a beginner class and are ready for intermediate exercises. Intermediate exercises are chosen while increased repetitions, combinations, and dynamic movement patterns are added to create a more challenging workout. A focus on correct body alignment will help you flow seamlessly from one movement to the next. This level will certainly keep you moving and challenged.

BUFF BONES: building healthy bones
THIS CLASS IS NOT RUNNING AT THIS TIME, we hope to schedule sometime in the Fall again
This class will be geared for anyone who is dealing with any kind of osteoporosis or osteopenia or anyone looking to increase bone density. This class will help strengthen bones and muscles, help improve your posture, your body alignment and balance. It is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health. It leverages bones-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is safe for osteoporosis.
Pilates for SKiers/Riders/X-skiers
Wednesday’s at 7:30am Also called Jumpboard Cardio Circuit Class
This class will focus on getting your legs and hips, torso ready for hitting the slopes all weekend without getting too fatigued or overusing your muscles. Pilates is a great cross-training tool for prevent of overuse injuries on the slopes. This class will focus on core strength, stretching and strengthening of quads and hip flexors as well as strengthening hamstrings and inner thighs, and proper alignment. You can sign up for all 8 weeks of the class or 4 weeks or drop in when you can.
